Tai Chi Chuan as “Ultimate Supreme Boxing” introduces our internal strength or “Chi” by practicing less strenuous exercises in a slow meditative state of mind and movements. You will improve your quality of life as well as understanding the principles of the Yin and Yang. There are many different styles of Tai Chi, but we offer the five animal modification of the Yang styles.
